If you are talking about the total number of times you have ever sneezed, that number can be odd or even with approximately equal probability.

Example: Suppose you have 100 sneezing occasions, sneezing twice each time, for a total of 200 sneezes, an even number. Then on the 101st occasion, you sneeze just once, making the total 201, an odd number. The total will remain odd, if you resume sneezing twice each time, until the next time you sneeze only once, when the total till become even again. Same argument goes for sneezing 3 times occasionally.

"Most" sneezes might. But guess what, your argument still doesn't make sense. Because after that one improbable time you sneeze once, most of your sneezes after that would result in the same odd number. 3+2 is still odd. I know, math, very hard and stuff
