The Catholic Church is in serious difficulties. Pope Francis advocates important theological , moral and economic reforms in the governance of the Roman Catholic Church, These reforms ,long overdue, are well accepted in general by the faithful in the pew, but the conservative wing of the hierarchy in Rome and some bishops and priests in the dioceses put up a fierce resistance to these reforms. I don't want to take sides but I find that Pope Francis is almost alone in his mission to reform the Church. Do we have to answer enthusias tically Hans Kung'call to support Pope in his reforms? amirite?
