Free education and medical care have generally allowed progress in a democratic society. Why some rich countries like the U.S.A. and Canada or some other countries do not imitate France and do away with tuition fees at the university and post secondary levels, with minimal administrative fees at the post-graduate level? It's a choice of a society which might yield a lot of benefits now and in the future. amirite?
