That would be true if only rich people wore formal dress, but that's not how it was, 100 years ago pretty much everyone wore what most people today would consider formal dress most of the time.

There is nothing more culturally shaming then being told you dont meet dress requirements...as if i was thinking about your standards when i got dressed this morning...sad part is , its private business disrespecting people..ive been turned away mutiple times from from clubs for wearing my "culturally comfortable" shorts
