To prevent election-hacking, votes should be processed on touch screens that create a bar code for each digital vote & faxed so they can't be hacked. Each bar code should be dated & made through a conversion from 3 NAMES like a full name- to numbers with math problems. Problems based on how the names are spelled & not simply a combination universal to all NAMES. Making it impossible for hackers to decode since they can't figure out the factors even if they tried names. The reverse-conversion would ensure no bar codes are fake & none of them repeat so that duplicates would be blocked, amirite?
