The [No! No!] from [Radiancy] probably emits radiation. A geiger counter would confirm. And like skin cancer, it temporarily stops the hair from growing. Except it only works on such a tiny tip of the surface and no deeper and so lightly, that the skin portion exposed to non-dangerous, near-zero levels of radiation grows out and sheds off before it could spread further or become severe. But effective enough to temporarily stop the growth of hair. And then after the promise of 2 weeks without growing hair, the skin carrying the near-zero levels of radiation would gradually and fully shed off and then the hair would continue to grow again, amirite?
