Donald Trump, after leaving Office should be prosecuted for inciting violence terror at/in the Capitol. Even at least since 4 people were killed. Usually, crimes that result in murder is a case of manslaughter by the ringLEADER. So while criminal charges against Donald Trump could include manslaughter & or conspiracy to terror, there's no question that Trump be arrested, charged and convicted of conspiracy to incite violence. It's the least justice that needs to prevail against Donald Trump for his conspiracy to violence that resulted in the deaths/murders of 4 people, amirite?
