Since old photos are becoming colorized our view of the past won't be in black and white as often as we remember. amirite?

I wonder if people in the future will view the 2000s as potato quality flip phone videos? or the 80s and 90s as worn out video tapes? the way people today often view the past as black and white, or scratchy film.
