There should be a new National law for there to be a minimum amount of time in total for voters relative to that county population. So States like Georgia can't try to make it harder for people to vote in Counties with a higher African-American population. And that being different with each population, based importantly on the number of voting polls. Because even if the amount of time is normal, but the number of lines to vote is low, voters would need more time to all vote, amirite?
