The U.S. should offer Cuba a deal of marketing relations with the U.S. finally again, in exchange for Cuba ending its Communism & MAINLY ending its otherwise NUCLEAR relations with Russia. As Cuba only got marketing relations with Russia after Fidel Castro defeated the Cuban Government in the 1950's & made Cuba a Communist. If settled with such a deal, Cuba would agree to end its nuclear development for Russia, as Cuba is a significant key to nuclear development for Russia. Otherwise, Cuba will NEVER end its nuclear development for Russia, who pays Cuba billions of dollars annually, amirite?
