Relativity is bullshit... Two men have watches , one is in space , one is on earth... The thought is that time moves differently for these two men and that the man in space is going tru time faster because his watch has moved faster due to less gravity.. I ask... There is only one TIME.. Right? So time cant move differently..once th e space man gets back he would have to reset his watch to match everyone else,.they say his family would be long gone but i say he would die the same time as his family, he wont live longer, he would experience time just the same as his family,at the same time, amirite?
It’s true. Accept it. Even GPS satellites have to be set for this phenomenon.
Pretty sure its still a theory... And one i disagree with...there is only one NOW, regardless of what your watch says
Whos time is the right time?
Makes sense in a simulation
Depends whose perspective you are referring to. As you reach the speed of light, time slows down for you. and you also get smaller and squished.
The past, present, and future are all realities.
I love videos like this..so trendy...how bold these students are to claim that they understand...i watched the whole thing
They even flew an atomic clock around the world on an airplane and compared it to a companion clock. After the flight they were in different times. Freaky I know but it’s the truth.
I saw that...or the one where they drive up a mountain..but to me this just shows a flaw in recording time, not that time experience has actually changed... It makes me think about when sports slow down for athletes or musicians, their experience slows, but time itself cannot, otherwise its not called time..because time is a steady measurment
Sports slowing down for athletes has nothing to do with what we’re talking about here. That’s brain perception. Time is relative, it is not steady. Fall into a black hole and time stops according to the math. Gravity warps time and space. That’s actually gravity. It’s the warping of space-time. Reality is much more complex than what our brains are capable of perceiving.
Im trying to tell you..time is a ruler..if it bends it means someting else .. If u tear a ruler in half it doesnt make " the space between "correct
both astronauts experience time fluently... And at the same pace
Unless one experiences time "slow" .....it is not "slowed"
The relevancy comes from the proving that time passes different...but because of the vast distances proof is impossible
And the differences in satellites time ,is just a mathematical anomaly
What does that even mean? Mathematics were very precise when developing GPS timing.
I hear they can be up to 3 meters off
Im just saying it doesnt make sense ... Time is a constant, if a second feels slower then it isnt a second anymore its 2 seconds, or a half a second...the time standard shouldnt change
From your perspective it is constant. Someone watching you fall into a black hole will see you come to a stop while time seems to remain constant from your perspective.
Thanks for arguing, you have convinced me enough to stop... For now... I like that time is maluable, you could make a time machine i suppose
Probably delay
