Lots of famous people would have fake social media accounts for messaging people without getting constantly spammed messages from fans. amirite?

I would think they'd have a public figure/ business profile that's probably managed by a paid pro & a private profile that they actually use w ppl they care about. Same idea as you, I just don't think the public profile would be considered fake.

I’m not a celebrity, and even I have a bunk profile or two that I’ve created for the sole purpose of enjoying social media anonymously. Sometimes I don’t want to interact with people I know, or who know me. It’s too easy to be misinterpreted. Especially now, in this particular era, where many people are actually looking for someone to oppose.
