The old statistic where people spend most of their life asleep is probably not true, considering the amount of people who get less that 8 hours of sleep a day. amirite?

I hibernate for 10 months out of the year and sleep for 10 hours a night on the other two months. I can confirm the statistic holds true for me.

Don't really know anyone that sleeps an average of 12+ hours their whole life?
