They would be more dangerous if you threaten there status in some way.

I hope the algorithm works when you try to use ML to determine who is and isn't before illegally confining someone or failing to inform them of the reason for detainment.

A genius psychopath would be smart enough to know the consequences of their actions. They wouldn't kill some rando when the risk of getting caught is so high.

They could also be irrational enough to think they'd get away with it, maybe read up on what psychopathy is

Yeah, but wouldn't a smart pyschopath not want others to know they are a pyschopath. Thus they would follow the rules to ensure their own gain.

Most psychopaths don't even know they're psychopaths, unless they're diagnosed at a young age most of them aren't aware of it

Still even if they didn't know they were a pyschopath. Even if they still disagree with the rules. They would still come to the conclusion "it is in MY best interest to follow the rules."

I think true psychopathy usually coincides with high intelligence.
