Gee, I typed in the neighborhood in question [Flanner House Homes Indianapolis] on Zillow, and this is what they came up with: the houses all were valued at about $100,000, give or take about $30,000, which is what Ms Duffy's home was valued at in the first place, not the $250,000 she claims she got on the third appraisal.
