Thanks to the historical bra burnings, my mother gained the courage to go to school instead of doing what her parents were expecting to: be married to someone she didn't want, be stuck in the kitchen, and have 9 kids she didn't want. She ended up being a professor of physics at Yale and marrying the love of her life. Sadly for Simmeringfrog, woman with choices mean they aren't tied to his kitchen, the normal way he has of keeping them around. And that is why he is emotional about bra burnings, amirite?
