Refusing to accept them how? If you accept that, at the moment, your weaknesses are a fact, that's cool. But if you accept them long term, it means that you aren't willing to work on those weaknesses and make yourself better, which is... Potentially unhealthy.
Like, in order to better yourself, you gotta know what you need to work on.

You also have to put in the hard work to better yourself - something some people refuse to do, sadly. And, no, that is not a reference to anyone in particular - just people in general.

I'm proud of my weaknesses but not very confident about my pride :-s

I've always had an alternate version: Confidence is created from experience, arrogance is just there, based on nothing. Comes up every time a politician has a "solution" to a problem - either it has been tried and worked or "trust me, this will work, I wouldn't lie to you".
