Either the promise of love for as long as both shall live, in wedding vows should include the promise of sex, otherwise adultery in the event that one's spouse refuses sex should not be a violation of the marriage, since there never was any promise of sex to begin with. One spouse should not have control of the other's virginity. Especially in States where such a violation of marriage is not only a crime, but a felony, where 3 felonies can carry a life sentence, amirite?
