There exists a set of finite actions that, if I performed them in the correct order, would make me a millionaire in a day. I just don't know what they are. Amirite?

@Toounknown 100000 hours of work

No matter how hard you work to earn what you get, becoming a millionaire has a nice large helping of luck in it. You can, by working hard, build a great, stable, and relatively wealthy life for yourself, but becoming a millionaire? That happens if you do the right things in the right place at the right time and God smiles at you in that time slot.

No ...no... Steady work 5 days a week is the best way... You invest in a 401 k ... And when you turn 55 you get to relax on the beach with 1000000 dollars... The people waiting for that luck are the bums on the corner shooting people and heroin

You don't WAIT for luck, you work hard and maybe you get lucky. Hard work only gets you so far though. Mark Zuckerberg? A really smart guy who worked hard and also got lucky. My mother? A really smart, driven woman who works really hard and has gotten lots of degrees and has a good life but alas, not a millionaire.
