When men break dress codes, ( suit tie, pants, coller shirt, cargo shorts, topless) females expect the men to follow rules... However women expect no dress code even though the female dress codes are already less restrictive, amirite?
A woman can wear anything a man can wear...but men cannot wear comfortable things like women get away with( open toe shoes, spagetti straps,)
