Men should never be allowed to go in women's public restrooms, not even just because a man is a transgender/transwoman. Anyone male at birth going into a women's public restroom is unsafe and a violation of women's privacy in public restrooms. And to be fair, same vice versa, although women are not as commonly a threat to men in a sexual manner as men are to women. And since that would apply to both genders, there would be no discrimination based on gender in the process. It would be like saying the division of males and females, with restrooms for each gender, is sex-discrimination, amirite?
Men shouldn't use women's bathrooms because women's bathrooms are disgusting. Anyone who has ever cleaned a women's public bathroom can back me up.
Exactly. And basically ANYBODY can say, "well I'm transgender so I can go in the female bathroom" even if they aren't. It would be supremely unsafe for women, but men as well, as women can take advantage of men as well. What's necessary is, if they insist on not going into the bathroom of their initial gender, get a neutral bathroom or something. But I won't be having people with male privates ducking into my restroom.
The false idea that we need two different bathrooms is what leads to the illness of body dysphoria...first off bathrooms should be made for one person, they should all be the same.... We dont have any of these problems if you use a porta potty
But a public restroom in a large place needs to have multiple stalls, and in order for that to be safe, they need to be gender separated.
No... A normal bathroom would be fine...its the label on the door that trans bitch about..but they make it about them selves..however no bidy likes the intrusivness of stall doors where you can see under and over...all we need to do is close and lock stalls ... Everybody poops
Im uncofortable knowing a trans is in the bathroom with me, why dont they care how i feel
