I think I would rather go into the past to meet my ancestors because it would be cool to see how life was then compared to now. And get to know family that I never will have the chance to meet or get to know.

Ancestors.
I know for sure my ancestors existed... I don't know for sure that there will be any of my great-great-grandchildren for me to meet, if AOC and Al Gore are right about climate change, for example, and there is runaway global warming in ten or twelve years.
