The thing your missing is that cavewoman would have good good eating/exercise balance, if they had "large" breast they would also have a proportionally large body and could handle the breasts properly without support, that being said, they prolly stitched clothing that helped In a rudimentary fasion

Sure! But that chances of you surviving long enough to reproduce with that kind of frame I also diminished, but again there was probably plenty of cave people that stitched rudimentary clothing to prevent the original problem anyway
