At this point it is the spiderman meme where they are pointing at each other all over again.
Fun fact "the good Shepard" is actually a Pagan symbol and was around waaaaay before Christianity. They hijacked it like a lot of other traditions, symbols and such.
And literally all of their holidays.
Yes and no. Like Easter and Christmas have a ton of pagan traditions and symbols and such, but the reason they are "Christian" is because they're specifically celebrating the birth and ascending of christ.
And they juuuuuust so happen to fall near the winter and spring solstices.
Yes but how and when christians celebrate them are because pagans were already celebrating things at that time and that way.
You got a source for that? Kinda curious now that you mention it
Hey bro that wasn't us. Blame the Catholics.
I really think that sheep are those who blindly follow a figure and actively reject undeniable facts
Does this include those with gender dysphoria?
No, because it's been well established by now that gender is a psychological concept where sex is the physical identifiers of biological role.
That's exactly what i was looking for lol.. thanks pal
Correct because people are as stupid as sheep, and thats the shepard they chose to follow. Most sheep just snuggle up to whichever shepared makes them the most comfortable.
You mean Satan right?
It's all projection really
Nah, this is something any person with an alternate viewpoint says about the other side. Religious, political or otherwise. I've seen it come from all sides. All that's required is arrogance and a superiority complex.
I think you're confused. One viewpoint literally worships a man who called himself the good shepherd. Like they think he was a god.
A third of the world is Christian, worshipping Jesus, who is allegorically portrayed as a shepherd (I think his actual job was carpenter though). If arrogance is distributed equally among all religions then a third of arrogant people are Christian.
"All right, Mr. I Am God's Son, how much for this bathroom door?"
Whole lot of fedora tipping. Also smells likes high school in here.
That's a pretty huge blanket you're throwing out there my guy
Yet their own savior called them sheep!
Soo what you're saying is the real sheep are them?? hmmm
Most of the ‘Wake up sheeple' merchants I come across have no religious belief. I challenge the premise here.
Antivaxxers are always calling people sheep and it's always "mark of the beast" this and "vaccinated in the blood of Christ" that.
guess im a different type of antivaxer then cause i dont talk about none of that stuff.
Mercifully that seems to be an American thing, and mercifully I'm not American.
Op said nothing of religion. It seems you may be projecting
I only pray to the Father. "Though shall not have any gods before me". Seems pretty clear and unambiguous.
You mean Christians right?
Yes. Christ would be the "go to" shepherd in this instance.
Wasn't Jesus a carpenter?
He is a shepherd of man, he was a carpenter by trade. According to their holy book anyway.
Jesus was a carpenter.
Only in a figurative sense.
We're all sheep, even those without shepherd are nothing but lost sheep.
Yes, my sentence is also false.
