Time for some college football talk. We just saw the first College Football Playoff prediction show on ESPN. I think the CFP committee really screwed up. There is no way that Alabama should be listed at #2. They lost to a Texas A&M team that was, at the time, not ranked at all. That alone should have dropped Alabama to at least #15. Also, just because Michigan State has a come back victory against in-state rival Michigan, they are now #3? I don't think so. Finally, listing Oregon at #4 was the "last straw". Like Alabama, Oregon lost to a team (Stanford) who was unrated at the time. Amirite?

I think the current top 4 teams should be Georgia, Cincinnati, Wake Forrest, Oklahoma.

The voters have decided that BrotherJohn is right! Vote on the post to say if you agree or disagree.

I think the College Football Playoff committee should be disbanded in favor of an expanded playoff system similar to what is done in NCAA Divisions IA (FCS), II and III. The current committee has many members who, obviously, no little to nothing about football, and use criteria such as "eye candy" to rate teams. Its a complete farce.

Agree - the committee members have made the standings political. Almost always there are certain teams that are always in the top four - no doubt due to the amounts of money being made off those 'playoff's.

The playoff system of FCS, etc is much better.
