The only time, if ANY, to be sagging, is if you have an actual DESIGN on you're underpants. Not plaid, not white, not plain, not circles. If you have Spongebob, or Stewie, or something along those lines, it is a tad bit more acceptable to sag,IF ANY, amirite?
