+1,600 It's totally weird for a 7th grader to go out with a 10th grader but it's fine for a 27 year old to go out with a 30 year old, amirite?

percentage of life, not actual years is what counts

it's because there's that whole "puberty" thing in the middle of it when you're a seventh grader and a tenth grader

7th grader with a 10th grader. That's my EXACT situation.

extreme difference in maturity between 13 year olds and 16 year olds.

Maturity has very little to do with age.

take the older age, divide by two, then add seven!

I think it's normal for 7th and 8th to go out. It might even be ok for 7th and 9th too, but 10th. Nope
