A janitor's salary is the cost of doing business. They are one of the most underrated and under appreciated positions. Imagine making your workforce take time from their day to tidy up EVERYWHERE. Those employees doing anything other than their job would result in a loss of revenue. And God forbid any of those employees should GASP clean up after themselves to not only help allieviate the burden of being usually the lowest paid employee while having huge responsibilities, but also being adults and looking after themselves and the messes they make.
