I've heard you're supposed to exhale completely if you're about to be exposed to the vacuum of space. Otherwise the lack of external pressure causes your lungs to keep expanding, killing you faster. Might've just pulled that out of my ass though..
Yea pretty much, the gasses inside your body will expand. You'd die from "the bends", similar to a diver ascending too quickly. Pretty lame way to die imo.
