If a dog enters an animal farm, barking at the cattle, such as horses or cows, the owner can legally shoot and kill the dog to stop it from scaring the cattle. But if there is a rattlesnake in the porch of the home of a family, including little children, and the homeowner kills the rattlesnake for the safety of family, it's a crime. It should be illegal for both acts or neither, amirite?

Anyone male at birth going into a women's public restroom is unsafe and a violation of women's privacy in public restrooms. And to be fair, same vice versa, although women are not as commonly a threat to men in a sexual manner as men are to women. And since that would apply to both genders, there would be no discrimination based on gender in the process. It would be like saying the division of males and females, with restrooms for each gender, is sex-discrimination, amirite?

+120Crosswalk signs should be red & white instead of yellow & black. Because too often, if there is no red sign/light, drivers think they're free to go & fail to yield. But far less often do drivers run a [YIELD] sign when another vehicle is about to cross. And the [YIELD] sign is RED & white. So if crosswalk signs were red & white, the RED, which also means [WARNING] would be more recognized as a potential for death if violated. So the National Transportation Safety Board should redesign crosswalk signs red & white, the rate of failure to yield to a crosswalk should reduce noticeably, amirite?

+120(In the U.S.), anytime a defendant pleads 'No Contest' to a crime, the Judge should decide whether to find the defendant guilty or not, just like in Texas for example. So that defendants can't refuse to plea guilty and still avoid a more lengthy prison sentence by not pleading 'Not Guilty', amirite?
