While keeping Orcas in cramped captivity is beyond a doubt cruelty, it's very likely that if a captive orca escapes and finds a wild pod, said pod will willingly start hunting down humans after realizing how messed up they are. amirite?
Mimicry doesn't equal intelligent speech. Many corvids and parrots can mimic, but they can't communicate intelligently. With each other and in their own languages, probably, but even then. Animals with the mental ability of a 4 year old aren't going to be the most descriptive.
We can mimic most animal noises, it doesn't mean we can speak to them on an intellectual level or communicate with them like we communicate with humans
In the event they can communicate "I was held captive in cruel conditions by humans and now I want revenge" maybe this is plausible.
Well orcas can mimicry other whale species well enough to call a baby away from its mom by using mom's voice. Then kill it.
They also can mimicry human voices. So it's speculated that if another animal could learn and understand human speech it's them

Well I know but because the sound to lure the babies away is so convincing they may have the ability.
But also not saying they could learn just that they are the most capable of doing so
