I agree with Diangelo that white progressives cause the most daily harm to BIPOC people. Two main reasons. First, progressives won the popular vote in both Nov 2016 and 2020 against Trump. Therefore, there is just more progressives than MAGA. Second, progressives have more daily interactions with BIPOC people.
The close proximity is amble opportunity for all those microaggressions, racist jokes, ignoring, talk first last and most often, interrupting, etc.
This is nothing new, in Chicago Martin Luther King Jr. said "I’ve been in many demonstrations all across the South, but I can say that I have never seen, even in Mississippi and Alabama, mobs as hostile and as hate-filled as I’m seeing in Chicago."
Another example of liberals being just as racist as conservatives.
"Absolutely. To me, not only is it broken, but this seems deliberate. You know, both parties have had opportunities to actually act and actually insist on some sort of policy change, but that has not happened. " NPR Jose Antonio Vargas
More criticism of DiAngelo, I find she ignores the voices of contrary Black people. In her book Nice Racism printed in 2021 she uses an acronym many Black people find offensive. This comes off as dehumanizing condescension, this comes off as some sort of superiority white savior complex DiAngelo knows better because she is white.
"“People want to be named and recognized, not as part of an amalgam”" Constance Grady , note Grady is white so I put more weight on what Kearie Daniel says below.

I froze, my stomach turned and I got hot all at once. I thought ‘Bi-what?’ and asked for an explanation. I was aghast to hear that it stood for “Black, Indigenous, people of colour.”" Kearie Daniel Updated November 12, 2020
The entire white progressive new age people cultural appropriate.
"DiAngelo explains how spiritual white progressives seeking community by co-opting Indigenous and other groups’ rituals create separation, not connection"
