Has any one else noticed an increase in noise from vehicles. These vehicles have had their exhaust mufflers and pollution gear removed which should render them illegal. What if in Victoria vehicles found to be excessively loud had to under go annual inspections to ensure roadworthiness. Would this be incentive enough for them to comply and leave the rest of us with cleaner air and far less noise pollution. amirite?
