If I'm expected to dress up in a suit and tie for something like a wedding, I shouldn't be expected to jump around on the dance floor like I'm at a club. amirite?
Yeah, I've never been to a party where people dance in full suits. People who dance will take off the jacket, tie, and vest so it's just a shirt and pants
A friend of my grandmother's I think. Didn't really want to go, but it was in Charleston, South Carolina so I got to see relatives I don't see too often. It's nice going back to my home state every once in a while.
This isn't unpopular my friend, this just makes sense. I never understood this social convention like wear your most expensive, inflexible clothing and bust a move
I agree, except change the clothing to a semi formal dress. These are usually long dress. I'm 4'11", long dress are a trip hazard at best and dancing will not be happening.
Do what you want dude, no one cares
You must be fun at parties.
I don't think anyone expects you to.

My problem with dancing in formal wear is the shoes tbh. Not the greatest for moving about a lot (little grip), especially bad for women in heels
I bring a change of clothes.
Exactly. Hell, I took my jacket off before the dancing because it was scorching hot during the last wedding I went to.
Who's wedding?

I don't like dancing so it's not an issue
You know you can take off the jacket and tie and have a ball right? Come on loosen up
In what universe does a DJ play dance music while dinner is being eaten?
Suits are just clothes. Live your life homie
Are you from Elmore City, OK? Haha
Wedding videographer here, been to over 300 weddings. Just take the jacket off, that's it
Wait until you hear about dress code clubs
It's not a good wedding unless there's someone drinking too much, climbing up on a table, and doing the chicken dance
This isn't unpopular my friend, this just makes sense. I never understood this social convention like wear your most expensive, inflexible clothing and bust a move
I hate dancing in front of people, period, doesn't matter what I'm wearing.
Drink more.
Actually, dont. It's super bad for you. But... alchohol will make you not care
Mhhh liquor never worked for me.... no matter how much i drink i wont loosen up
Cocaine and weed. Balance it out though or you'll have Forrest Whittaker eyes in your pictures.
Okay buzz Killington
Man, just have some fun

What... What weddings are you going to?
Yep and why even force certain clothes on me when it's not work or going to the pool/sea
That's the thing, you're not expected to. Have you even been to a wedding?
Nobody is expecting you to do anything, believe it or not you arent the main character on other peoples' lives.
Be sure to invite this guy to the next wedding
Smells like BROKE up in here
Dancing in a suit is the best. Nothing like being a skinny white guy with serious moves in a suit to impress people.
Woo-hoo my people! Preach brother!
