Yes we do? Its literally the entire point of phones, we may take it for granted but we definitely realize that phones connect us with people across the globe in an instant...
That's not my point, what i meant to say is that we can connect with anyone one on one without having to going through other people as was the case in earlier times.
Granted, the mobile phone is a pretty neat invention but what i wanted to emphasize on here is the fact that it's just so easy to be connect with the person we want to and without having to share the pleasantries with there other family members.
I guess this will make sense to only those who have lived in the mudane world of wall mounted phones and landlines.
