I'm honestly not a fan of actual mac & cheese. I like the fake stuff a lot more. My favorite was the short lived Uncle Ben's Mac & Cheese. It tasted completely artificial.
Never been more middle of the road on something
I agree that it's often inferior BUT it's the only way to make Mac & Cheese for large groups.
