Being atheist is comparable to answering a multiple choice question, "none of the above," amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Being an agnostic is like saying "fuck this test" and drawing a little doodle in the margins.

hahahaha and that is a much more enjoyable way to spend a life than trying to get all the answers right. i think of it more as "i don't know the answer so i'm not going to just guess and hope it's the right one" and then doodle in the margins :)

Actually, no it's not. It's like not studying the test and not having factual information to back up any of the given answers. Do you understand what I'm saying? There's no proof to God, so it's not like you could answer the multiple choice question and get it right because you can't guarantee it's right. Atheists don't know what's right, but they're trying to figure it out. We don't believe there's nothing there, were just trying to get proof of it instead of simply believing something from an ancient book that could be completely wrong.
Oh, and by the way, this is a repost. You stole it.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Some do full-heartedly believe nothing is there. You're verging on the beliefs of an agnostic.

It's not a repost, yes I know there was one post that said being atheist is like leaving a multiple-choice quiz blank or something like that, I commented on it awhile back and posted this post because after commenting because this is what I was commenting the whole time.

The reason I say it's like answering none of the above is because when atheists are given choices in religion; Christian, Jewish, Muslim, etc, they'll tell them none of that, none of the above.

Sometimes none of the above is the right answer (as proven above)
