Talk to whoever hired the cleaning crew and see if it can change.

They're on a schedule because the point of their role is to clean up at the end of the day after most of the office (if not all) has left. This is because A. it's easier to clean when no one is around to be in the way, B. it's less disruptive to the office employees who're trying to work during normal business hours, and C. most cleaning crews are contracted and likely work multiple sites during the day, or have day-time jobs elsewhere. When I still worked in an office, the two guys that cleaned my area were school bus drivers during the day and worked cleaning in the evenings.
