What argument would you make in court? This makes no sense. Also, I never said everything is problematic. Yes, Tolkien took a lot of inspiration from Norse mythology and Finnish language but his stories are meant to be a fictional history of the world, not the UK, and while he was inspired by much of the UK, he specifically denied sitting allegory.
