I'm not sure I 100% agree with your point, but ATLA and Adventure Time are genuinely 2 of the best written shows imo (and I'm already right). I'm not sure if they're so good that nothing better will ever compare, I mean Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul are right there, but they do rival giants while visually just being silly cartoons which is something I dont expect to be done similarly anytime soon.

Yeah the medium definitely does help. And honestly saying that nothing will compete is a little harsh when not considering where it cant compete is definitely a bad take. I honestly just hold more value in the cartoons than I do with any tv drama made for adults.
