I really get your point, but I just get so annoyed when someone's constantly fishing for compliments. Especially when they do it in such a way that they're saying stuff like "I'm so ugly", and want you to say "No your beautiful". I'll indulge you the first two or three times, after that I'll just agree with you. Maybe I'm childish or unemphatic. I'll have to work on that.
