I haven't seen Schindler's List yet, but I recently saw The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and bawled my eyes out. Holocaust movies are both compelling and traumatizing.

Gosh in that movie when they went into the gas thing and the little boy was like "i think we're just waiting for the rain to stop" couldn't stop bawling

It's a sad movie, but not THE saddest movie. That doesn't mean I still don't start crying whenever "Goodbye May Seem Forever" starts playing, but there are sadder movies out there (and not just Disney movies either).
