+48From an economic standpoint, the 3 largest economies are failing (America is barely hanging on, Europe is pretty messed up too, & even China is having issues now). Socially, there's unrest in the Middle East, sparks are flying between China and Japan, & with the 2012 election near, America will experience more turmoil. From an environmental standpoint, the world has been experiencing odd weather unlike ever seen before in the past. With everything going on it the world, Dooms Day seems too re... amirite?

+44Since the winner of the Electoral College popular vote is usually the winner of the presidential election, anyone watching the voting results live in process should just watch the electoral vote score (first candidate to score 270 Electoral College votes) and keep track of how many of the remaining States [Red] or [Blue] is in the lead in, as a hint of which political party will win if not enough of those States change 'color' before the poll in each State ends. Rather than just watch the Nationwide popular vote, as the polls end in one State after another, amirite?

+38There was a time when journalism was a profession where reporters bent over backwards to be factual, independent and above personal opinions and bias. This is no longer the case as seen in the election bias and how media covers stories like the Conn. shooting. Fact checking is not as important as scooping other networks and incorrect or incomplete stories are thrown out as facts and played and replayed ad nauseam. We need reporters like Edward R Murrow or Huntley/Brinkley not the ones we have

+37As 3 reminders, 1: Republican Rutherford B Hayes was the 19th President & who stole the Election by convincing the Vice Pres. at the time to dispute the Electoral votes results & give the Election to Hayes instead. 2: Trump expected Vice Pres. Mike Pence to do the same thing & give the Election to Trump. But Pence didn't; & now Trump & his supporters criticize Pence. 3: Now many ReTrumplicans are saying Donald Trump is going to be the 19th President.
So clarly those ReTrumplicans refer to him as the (2024) 19th Pres. because he & they want to ensure Trump's re-election like Hayes did, amirite?
