+25In Las Vegas, every year, at least 1 person wins a billion dollars in the Lottery. The City makes billions more dollars from the total Lottery players who lose. The population of Las Vegas, including tourists, is about 2,700,000. If the Lottery were Nationwide so that hundreds of millions of people could play for the one and only win, with only 1 winner per year, and the game were run by the Government, the amount the Government would make from the losers would really help increase the economy, amirite?
