+6Hello everyone, I hope that whoever is reading this is enjoying their day or night. In this post I am going to review some of the benefits of legalizing marijuana. I do not intend to change your minds about what you already believe about marijuana, but I do want to open your eyes and hope that you see that marijuana has some potential to be beneficial when applied correctly. http:onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/phar.1187/full “The Pharmacologic and Clinical Effects of Medical Cannabis” above talks about the effects of medicinal marijuana. In the abstract it talks about several pharmaceuticals, medicines that have been derived from cannabis and how they are used not to cure diseases, but to help people deal with the pain and nausea that comes from them. This application is used with people who are typically going through chemotherapy. There are other applications in people with multiple sclerosis. https:www.cancer.org/treatment/treatments-and-side-effects/treatment-types/chemotherapy/chemotherapy-side-effects.html From “Chemotherapy Side effects” above it talks about the side effects of cancer. There are three main side effects of chemotherapy. The first side effect is the damaging of blood-forming cells in bone marrow. The second is damage to hair follicles. Finally, damage to cells in the mouth, digestive tract, and reproductive system. The last symptoms mention are what cause the patient to have so much pain. The patients typically can’t eat solid foods so they eat softer items like apple sauce and oatmeal, and one of the side effects of marijuana is an increase in appetite. This is one reason for the backing of medicinal marijuana legalization in the United States. These people suffer every day from a disease that has many forms, and some of those forms are incurable. I’m not saying that there aren’t alternatives to marijuana. There are definitely other ways to go about dealing with appetite and nausea. The doctor might prescribe other drugs, but these drugs vary in their effectiveness. This is due to everyone having different bodies. This causes some people to take multiple drugs, and they might not find a drug that works for them. “These can be prescribed for you to take before, during, and/or after chemotherapy. As you can see there are many different medications that your doctor can prescribe to control these symptoms. It may take trying a couple different medications before finding the right match for you.” This is a quote from http:chemocare.com/chemotherapy/side-effects/nausea-vomiting-chemotherapy.aspx titled “Nausea, Vomiting & Chemotherapy.” The reason I put this quote into this argument is because it helps to prove that drugs have different effects on different people and everyone is different. As I mentioned earlier there is also another use for medicinal marijuana. That use is for people dealing with Multiple sclerosis. Multiple Sclerosis is a disease that attacks the brain and spinal cord, central nervous system. According to “Mayo Clinic” the immune system attacks a protective sheath that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between the brain and the rest of the body. This disease cause the nerves to deteriorate or become permanently damaged. According to “The Therapeutic Potential of Cannabinoids for Movement Disorders” it states that oral cannabis extract is effective in treating multiple sclerosis related spasticity and central pain or painful spasms. This helps because it does show that marijuana can be useful to treat pain, but in the article, if you take the time to read most of it, it does mention that marijuana has been tested on other diseases to see the potential benefits, but the results have come back with little correlation. I mention this because I do not view marijuana as a cure. I view it as a drug that has potential to relieve pain and suffering. https:www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/multiple-sclerosis/symptoms-causes/syc-20350269 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4357541/ I would like to thank everyone that has taken the time to read my opinion. I hope that you have seen some of the potential benefits of marijuana and have opened your eyes to something that has potential to help people.
A Suitable Size? For her summer job, my 18-year-old daughter arranged interviews at several day-care centers. At one meeting, she sat down on one of the kiddie seats, no simple task for most people. The interview went well, and at the end, the day-care center director asked the standard question, "Can you give me one good reason we should hire you?" "Because I fit in the chairs." She got the job. Link: http://www.jokes4us.com/miscellaneousjokes/weatherjokes/summerjokes.html
More Like What ? A first-grade teacher can’t believe her student isn’t hepped up about the Super Bowl. “It’s a huge event. Why aren’t you excited?” “Because I’m not a football fan. My parents love basketball, so I do too,” says the student. “Well, that’s a lousy reason,” says the teacher. “What if your parents were morons? What would you be then?” “Then I’d be a football fan.” Link: https://www.rd.com/jokes/sports-jokes/
I don't see any reason to expel transgender people from military services - BUT I don't think it is a good use of taxpayer dollars to pay for gender change procedures.
The clamour of the crowd made me draw near, to find an old man being held aloft by a group of youths whilst all around people clapped and laughed. From the campanile bells rang joyfully. I asked what the reason and was told that at one time the population was under threat by raiding tribes and fleeing was fraught with danger due to their flapping togas tripping them up. It transpires the old gentleman being feted was named four room because of his dwelling place, and he had devised a leather thong which was pierced and fed through a metal pronged ring. When worn around the waist this held the toga above the ankles and so the people escaped danger safely. For this, he was being duly rewarded and known as four-room the belt holes.
+4With a few exceptions, we don't really get paid to perform our daily work duties, do we? Anyone can do that. We get PAID to put up with the clueless and the simple minded that come with it. Post an aggravating story as to why YOU get/got the big bucks, and have fun, because you're not alone. More
0I'm staying the night at my grandma's Hospital, she is fine, but I don't know why I decided to stay, but the reason for it answers itself eventually

Following Directions A friend of ours was puzzled with the odd messages left on his answering machine. Day after day friends and family would talk and then say, “Beep.” He discovered the reason for the joke when he decided to listen to his greeting. “Hi,” it said. “I’m not in right now, so please leave a beep after the message.” Link: https://www.rd.com/joke/following-directions-joke/
Getting some work done today in the distillery, thought I would come post a song I am listening to at random intervals for no real reason other than I can. More
