I have a naturally deep voice. When I got a phone call from an online friend in Russia via the Facebook Messenger app, she thought I was a man! I switched to a video call to prove it was me. We both laughed our asses off. In what way were you likened to the opposite sex?
When you see an ad like this on a website, do you ever consider that the advertiser may be involved in sex trafficking? More

+17Just a reminder as we keep hearing about the royal wedding. In my lifetime, (and yours if you are over 40) there were laws against 'interracial marriage'. Think about that. I am old enough to remember that in 1967 the supreme court stuck down laws in every state marked in red on this map. We still have people who seek to stop 'interracial' and 'same sex' marriage. Love is Love.

+10Here's a good example of progressive thinking. "Why do we live in a society where one of the icons of family entertainment, the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland can have a segment called "wives for sale" and most non-progressives think that this endorsement of sex-trade slavery is just good fun?" We will never progress until you can see the problem with that. [Can't wait for the conservatives to rip me a new one for this post.]
