The police departments of the US should institute a "no tolerance" policy on an employee and crime. If they commit crime, how can they effectively govern others?

It has to do with corruption and media attention. If someone screws up, you want the least amount of attention possible, and distract people with cat videos.

I think marijuana is just illegal today because at one time, hemp was in line to replace paper, so paper manufacturers conspired to keep this from happening and started an all out war against marijuana.

Too bad I can't get high on paper :/

Imagine how many more kids would actually go to school if it did happen :D

When the most you talk in a month is in the one hour with a counselor once a week, things have really gotta change, amirite?
@ItsATrap It's not that I don't like talking, it's just that most of the time I don't know how. I wish I could talk more but...

That kinda sounds like you need to talk more. To be honest, you're gonna screw up a bunch of times before you get it right.
