Not exactly. If God was just plainly, physically in front of us, having a normal conversation with us-why would we need faith? We wouldn't. And faith is the basis for commitment. If we were to ask God physically, in person for something, and He said "Okay here," that would not build our trust and love for Him as much as praying for something and patiently waiting to receive the answer. When that answer comes, it is a much more momentous occasion than the scenario above. Though personally, I believe the evidence for God's existence as well as the legitmacy of the Bible is there, some people just refuse to take a closer look.
It doesn't make salvation more difficult, those reasons just means we have to be absolutely committed-God's way of revealing who truly loves him. And why shouldn't we be so unwaveringly committed after the incredible sacrifice that Jesus made for us?
We're not just animals. Sure, everything physical we do has a bodily function, but we have a higher intelligence and unmistakable personalities that heightens everything we do. Eating fulfills our hunger, but we also eat because we love the taste of food. Sleeping restores our energy, but we also sleep because we like the feel of a soft, warm bed. Sex may result in reproduction, but if that was its sole (or even its main) purpose, we'd just have sex with anyone to create babies. As it is, sex is an extremely intimate thing, which is why it can easily destroy a relationship or damage a person emotionally if abused.
and why should that be for the mother to decide? why does anybody have the right to decide which is best for somebody else? maybe you should let the child decide that for themselves. personally I would prefer to grow up with a shitty life and have a chance to make it better, than to have been murdered before I can even decide which is better for myself. you keep talking about the mother having the right to decide, why don't you let the person who's life is in question decide what's best?
One does not need to be a musician to be affected by the sound. If everyone could play an instrument, there would be too many people trying to be heard and not enough listeners.

It is considered because it is a way to explain many things that cannot be explained logically.
It makes me sad that you don't respect my beliefs. Nowhere in this argument did I try to convert you or discriminate against you for your beliefs, and I am disappointed that you had to end the discussion on such a negative and personal note, by taking shots at me.
Who knows? Maybe those patients had completed their earthly work, or maybe they got better after the experiment, or something like that. My one and only point here is that nobody KNOWS whether there is a God or not, so there is really no point in Atheists trying to act like they're above Christians by acting like they somehow know for sure that there is not a God.

Yes, sex is meant for love and intimacy. The world has screwed it up, like they've perverted everything else.
And it was hilarious. Only thing I'd change is that America would say "I'm NOT mad at you."
Please join a debate team. Not because you'd win, but because it'd be hilarious.

Joe- "Guess what Jimmy!"
Jimmy- "Something random."
And then Joe shoots himself because of your inadequate maturity and intelligence.
I know this sounds juvenile, but I just want someone with cuddle with.

That awkward moment when your joke isn't funny.
