It’s illegal in the United States to punish employees for discussing salaries. It’s one of the few federally imposed protections
I mean, companies still do it obviously, but you can report them for it.
Right, I forgot that in the bible Jesus says "and thou shalt not read Harry Potter"
It's fiction for fucks sake. If God is sending people to Hell for reading a book series, maybe you're worshipping the wrong dude.
Demand is high because demand for employees with degrees is high, even for minimum wage jobs, especially for anything more than a minimum wage job.
This is the simplest way I can expain this. Okay, so an automatic car already has gears, it just changes them for you, for simplicity sake we'll say that most cars have 7 gears, reverse, first, second, thirds, fourth, fifth, and sixth. Plus a neutral. In an automatic car you can either put it in:
Park - the car will not move because a parking brake is engaged.
Reverse - self explanatory
neutral - the drive shaft is not engaged your car will not move (unless you're on a hill, you push it, whatever but it's not moving through the normal way a car moves like internal combustion)
Drive - the drive shaft is engaged, and as you accelerate your car will travel through the forward gears without you having to do anything besides press the accelerator pedal.
In a manual transmission car you won't have a "park gear" or a "drive gear" Instead of putting it in D for drive you yourself choose which gear to put it in, generally it will go in order, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc... but there are reasons why you wouldn't want to go in order that I won't go into.

It is an unfelt because the vast majority of abortions are done on fetuses who can not feel pain.
Hi Jude it's good to see you
You essentially challenged us saying we don't have a right to say how a website should be if we didn't create it/own it, I told you that I know the owner, implying that he has mentioned how he believes the site should be ran. Your next move was to resort to condescension, meaning you've lost the argument. Nice try though pal
Well no, but I do talk to the guy who did make the site semi-frequently.
