Um, hello, I didn't read the part in the bible where Jesus says to hate gay people, amirite?
@Lostman I'd rather have a sandwich

Whether you believe in God is your own business, but Jesus was real, whether you believe he is the son of God or not XD

Seriously he's a historical figure, it's your own business and I'll pray for you if you think he was some illusionist who tricked people into thinking he was God's son or whatever, but saying he doesn't exist sounds so uneducated.

Um, hello, I didn't read the part in the bible where Jesus says to hate gay people, amirite?
@batmanVSzombies as long as were taking parts from the bible; when god made eve he said "...thy desire shall be to thy husband, and...

"Wives submit to your husbands." Yep. We don't have to be against their rights, though, because guess what the Bible also says? "And husbands must love their wives as their own bodies." In other words: The wife must submit to the husband, but the husband must love his wife and not abuse this power. The Bible also says "slaves obey your masters," but then also says "and masters obey your slaves."

Sociatal views changing has nothing to do with this. God's word is God's word - it wasn't written by any random man, this is the word of God and is meant to be treated as such. But one thing that never gets contradicted for deeper meaning is that a man shall not lie with a man as with a woman. Their is no contradiction, no food for more thought, just that. IT also says that God loves everybody, INCLUDING, as he says in Timothy, murderers, [list of bad sins], those who have relations with the same sex...

So no, we aren't supposed to hate them. We love them as God loves them. But we don't believe that it is okay or in any way not a sin, but how can we judge when we too are sinners?

@SalientK There are some people in this world who live their entire lives based on a single, ancient book and think they are...

Please don't call it a "single, ancient book" as if it's irrelevant, because that's highly disrespectful. Since you said you want to respect Christians I actually think you'll listen to me (thank you for not being anti-Christian!!!) so I'm just going to say this: Since we as Christians believe God's word is eternal, the Bible will always be relevant to us, and it's kind of offensie to hear the sacred word of God referred to so passively. But I'm glad you are athiest and not anti-theist, there's way too many anti-theists these days.

Um, hello, I didn't read the part in the bible where Jesus says to hate gay people, amirite?
@Its in leviticus but I forget what chapter. It says like "a man can't lay with another man, it is despicable" stuff...

Yes, it says this, that is true, but not to hate them, just that it's wrong. God loves the sinner but hates the sin.

"I'm not going to go to college, so I don't need good grades." ...If you ignore your high school education because you aren't going to get a college education, you're going to go into the world with only a middle school education, and that, my friend, is a scary thought. Amirite?
@TheSimmeringFrog If you realize you’re in the process of being brainwashed, you’re 90% ahead of your fellow classmates. A...

There's going to be certain things that culture will try to force into us our entire lives, not just in school. But that doesn't mean you don't need an education. I'm actually pretty much with you here - if you believe the teacher is indoctrinating a certain viewpoint that you believe to be wrong then, to quote you, "Give your teachers what they want to hear but challenge every single last one of them." (That's my life as a Christian these days, trying to have my religion and live in peace.)

The whole anti - anti movement is frustrating... You people think that i dont want a vaccine because i deny that the vurus is real or something like that...but your just putting words into my mouth...i simply dont want to take one because as a human in america i have rights...and you cant force that chemical into my arm...simple as that...i dont want one and you cant force me...no conspiracy, no denial, i just dont want it... So respect my wishes...you must have my consent, amirite?
@Toounknown Im allowed to be selfish when it concerns my body... You dont understand herd immunity.... The vaccine is a choice...

I think that people should have control over their bodies. I don't think we should be able to force you to take the vaccine, but I think it's important that you don't just deny the vaccine for the sake of making a point about control. Not allowing us to have enough people vaccinated just as a power play testing your rights will never let us move past this pandemic! Just get over yourself and get the vaccine. Fun fact: COVID is much more likely to hurt you than a vaccine is. This is why people need their education, smh.

stop putting words in God's mouth, if he hates em he'd stop making em, amirite?
@makeup_nerd God says he hates the sin of two people of the same sex laying down together (having sex, kissing etc..) But He...

SOMEONE GETS IT! Oh, for once, someone in this freaking universe understands it! Yes, God hates the sin but loves the sinner. The Bible is true but it doesn't say to hate. F i n a l l y. I have been searching for someone like you for so long I was beginning to think I was aloen in the world.

It's people like you - the one's wrapped up in their own selfishness and pride - who keep us from achieving herd immunity. You know, at some point, we go without masks and have events and you're only allowed in if you have the vaccine. You have a right, sure, but it's a rather selfish idea. Just get the vaccine and think about people besides yourself.

@Toounknown You would think after a few failed tests my teachers would suggest something more fitting... As long as these...

I've seen your posts, you did not save yourself from brainwashing, you "saved" yourself from learning how to not get brainwashed.

Nudists are terrible! Not only are they immoral, it's a sin against GOD. If GOD had intended for us to be naked we would of been BORN like tha... wait... amirite?
@AnnoyingFacebookGirl Finally, someone understands. Thought it would be funny. Guess not?

OH NOW I GET IT XD okay that's actually really funny, "annoying facebook girl" who can't type

Guys she's playing a character

Parents: Teens don't want you to take their phones away, but that isn't because their too attatched to see it go. They resist because we really want to have control over it, and it's healthy for us to want that control over the things that belong to us, because we're getting more independent. So just. Find a better method. Amirite?
@Toounknown Learn to put it down yourself , so they wont want to...maybe leave it in your room at dinner

You are automatically assuming I'm constantly on it, but I'm actually not. Actually, very few teenagers are on their phones the amount most adults imagine they are.

Assuming I use it at dinner, are we? 😂 (I don't, by the way.) I'm not talking about when someone is using the phone too much, I'm talking about using it as a general punishment for literally anything.
